Why SDS Exists.

A year ago, building a company in Arizona's special district industry wasn't the plan.

The plan changed. In the process, a gap became obvious: Arizona special taxing districts have plenty of support for formation and engineering, but almost nothing built for what happens after. The governance, compliance, records, board support, and coordination work that keeps a district functioning for the next twenty years. In a state where that kind of administration is still handled the old way, paper trails, slow turnarounds, one size fits all service, nobody had built the leaner, sharper version yet.

So that became the company.

Sonoran District Services was built to fill that gap deliberately: narrow focus, Arizona only, post formation only. Modern systems and tools run the back end so nothing falls through the cracks, but the work itself is direct and hands on, held to the same standard as any firm with decades in the space. Leaner doesn't mean lighter on expertise. It just means no dead weight and no outdated processes.

Arizona is about to see more new districts than it has in years, and there's finally a firm built specifically to handle what comes next.
